Ridiculous. Sometimes there's a bay for barking and sometimes there isn't. I like to leave my noisy dog at the bay, but establishments don't always provide a barking bay. And when they do, the fee is usually exorbitant. The other day the barking bay machine didn't work. Even worse, sometimes I have to pay for parking on top of the bay for barking. Things are so screwed up. This just isn't my bay. I mean, my day. Anyway, the day is darking and my dog is barking, so I'll prolly get cited with a fee for that too.
