Basement for rent this summer and fall

$200 a month.

Comes equiped with carpet, cable tv, X-box w/ some games, computer w/ wireless internet access, 1 expensive keyboard, 1 wirelss phone, 1 CD and tape and AM and FM stereo system, 2 couches, 2 recliners, 1 table w/ chairs, 3 exercize machines, 1 bathroom w/ sink and shower, and 2 small frigerators.

I live in detroit and will rent out the basement for up to 3 complete stangers that dont mind myself and other stangers sharing the basement and what it's equiped with too.

O yeah, no smoking allowed inside the house.And you must leave the house between the hours of 12 noon to 8 pm every day. You can hang out on the porch if you need a time killer.

Plus, you must be a clean type person and a respectable type of person that respects others and cleans up after his or her self and will keep the basement clean and smelling nice.
