Barefoot at the Barber?

Discussion in 'Barefoot' started by Deleted member 322887, Apr 20, 2022.

  1. I have never been barefoot at the barber.

I am about due for a haircut, the first one since I moved to the area seven months ago.

I live in a beach town that is very barefoot friendly. There are a few independent barbers along the road right next to the beach. I think I would have better luck in one of those shops as opposed to the corporate chain places.

I normally would not call the places on the phone to ask them if they have issues with me being barefoot. But I’d kind of like to chat on the phone with one of the barbers to see what kind of vibe I get.

I suspect I will get the stock answers of health issues and probably the sharp scissors being dropped, etc.

Question: Have you ever gone barefoot to the barber? And did you just walk in or did you seek a place with a “barefoot vibe?"

I cut my hair with clippers but if I went to a barber would walk in on a whim, just picking the one I got good vibes from. I’d try and find one with lady barbers, they’d probably be wearing sandals anyway
