    There is nothing more delicious than the juicy flesh and charred skin of chicken that has been grilled over an open fire - after marniating in a flavourful mixture of oil and herbs or spices. Try an Asian-style mixture of yogurt and aromatic spices, or soy sauce, sesame oil and fresh ginger root.
