hey i was wondering what do u guys and gals think a good name for a band would be thanks man peace, love and happiness

what about The Crazy Dogggs. use the number of g's in dogs to reflect the number of members in the band. it's a fool proof formula. you'll be up to your floppy ears in pussy.

 

Dude if your coming to a forum to ask a bunch of people who don't really know you or your music to name your band,something tells me your band isn't going to be very good, in which case it doesn't really matter what your name is. You guys should be able to come up with something yourselves that actually means something to you. If you really want a name though how about trying this; The Uninspired

That's really great if you can see that on that post of him. I think he has a good point, though.
Does it really feel good having a band which name someone on a forum thought up for you although they don't know what kind of band or music it is for? It seems a lack of inspiration indeed.
But no worries, inspiration can be find in anything! For bandnames at least, music is more difficult perhaps . Like Deep Purple's name for example, it was the name of the fav song of Richie Blackmore's mother. Black Sabbath's came from an old horror movie, while 'Blue Cheer' was originally the name of an acid tab, just like a Blue Cheer influenced band from today who appropriately named their band after a different acid tab: Orange Sunshine. Hope you got some ideas of your own now!

I know its not an easy thing to think about a good name for your band,but its better to find nice one for yourselves,in the end you'll have a nice idea,and when somebody interview you asking what was your inspiration for the name,you can say something better than "oh somebody just suggested in the internet".
Even the beatles had changed the name of the band in the beggining

 

yeah me and my buddy were think of alice in wonderland. yeah i agree with, you guys have good points, i never really thought of it. some bands did get there names for "people" like the grateful dead got there name from the acid test. ok thanks man.
