In the first place only a few percent of your ejaculate comes from the balls (the sperm itself). Most of it comes from other glands. You can't tell the size of your load by looking at your balls AS for sperm, it takes about 72 hours (I read) to fully replenish sperm.
I've wondered about this before. My problem is self control tho hahaha. Its hard to go long enough to find out how "full" they would get. For the most part tho it seems like the stimulation and length of the session has more to do with the amount than the length of time without sex does. The testes don't store sperm at all - they only create it. It is then passes long the vas deferens to the seminal sacs where it uses the semen as a temporary storage / transport medium. If it is not released from sexual stimulation, either through actual sex or masturbation, then it will either release itself in the form of nocturnal emmissions (wet dreams) or simply be reabsorbed by the body. There is no way of massing up a stockpile over any more than a couple of days.
