there are countless creams out there- ive found that clinique puffy eye cream helps on mornings where i resemble a racoon... BUT if youve got continuous puffy eyes, you probably need to make some lifestyle changes...

i dont know how old you are but ill assume youve gone through enough time to accumulate those puffy eyes. getting more sleep is the number one thing you can do. drniking less caffine will help with that. also, smoking is horrible for every inch of your skin, and it really doesnt help your eye area at all. try to find a good lotion or moisturiser (spelling..) for your face.

and SMILE! no one will care about a little puffiness as long as you look like you embrace your life!

hmm I might try the Vit K thing. It would be much easier to just get rid of them than to be using the good old concealer every morning.

Sounds fucked up, but a friend of mine that used to model dabs just a little bit of preparation h on the puffy spots. I was kinda surprised, but it does help. Just don't use a lot of it.

As an italian, I'm permanently stuck with them. But if you need something really quick, potato slices lighten them up and reduce puffiness after a long night of drinking.

Tea bags work well - soak one in water (teabag not eye) and then put them on your eyes

figure out what is causing the sleep problems in the first place. I'd bet it's from food allergies, that's what usually does it. If not food, then environmental allergens, like whatever fabric detergent your clothes and sheets are washed in, or the soap or lotions you use on your body.

heard it? I live it! my kids also live with major allergies. One of the first signs, sometimes the only sign, of an allergy is sleep problems. Either problems going to sleep or staying asleep. For me, it's mostly environmental stuff, like laundry detergent or fabric softener. for my kids, it's the food they eat.

ahh I see what you mean now... the allerrgy causes the lack of sleep, causing the under eye circles, that makes sense!
