Anyone have any good cures for Bacne? (back acne) It went away during summer because i spent alot of time in the topless and in salt water but now its back as a bad as ever and annoying me! I know the best cure is probably to go topless more but not very possible this time of year! :/

Try gently exfoliating your back with a scrubby puff and some antibacterial soap. Wash your sheets once a week, and sleep without a shirt. Use a clean towel every single day.

i used to get it really bad and tried everyythinggg but none of it worked. i showered 3 times a day and stopped eating greasy foods but nothing helped. i went to the doctor and learned it was genetic and i was givin a few topical creams and some pills that didnt work. eventually i was put on accutane and it went away. i would see a doc if i was you before it gets worse and scars

See a doc! Only use accutane as a last result! I have two friends who used it and one had to have part of his large intestine removed and the other has permanently dry eyes. He has a colostomy bag and she can't wear contacts. Ask your doctor about Solodyn, It helped my face, back and chest quite a bit and the side effects are far less sever then those from Accutane!

I have a bit of bacne but I think its because I have a hard time washing my back and miss some patches here and there lol. I bought my self a little back scrubber and that seemed to help allot. However it wasn't crazy bacne so like others have suggested I would go see ur family doc who could then refer you to a dermatologist.
