This is a question I wasnt sure where to put coz I no its kinda linked with christianity but its a different kinda thing I think... Well basically Im confused to the different versions of him. I always saw Azrael for another name for the angel of death but there are people who say hes a fallen angel of sorts who hates god. Does anyone have any information on the fallen angel description of him?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azrael Turns out, he's actually a good guy, and not a fallen angel, nor does he hate God. Azrael means "he whom God helps." Lucifer is the fallen angel.
I know the angel of death version of him but there is apparently another Azrael who is some sort of fallen angel. I think it was something that originated in medieval times but I have yet to find anything on the net about him.
