autoerotic asphyxiation

does anyone know (or experienced) about autoerotic asphyxiation...?

 

i know a couple who do this from time to time.. he chokes her.. and she says she likes it.. but for me personally i am afraid to try it

 

i have to hold my breath for at least part of the time before i can orgasm.

 

most of ppl who's tried this way is died...

 

This is one of the more dangerous commonly practiced paraphilia;people regularly strangle themselves doing this. Be careful not to put yourself in a situation where if you loose conciousness you will get strangled(ie don't strangle yourself with a coathanger tied to a door handle etc).

It would be safest to use something that you have to maintain pressure on to keep the choking going. That way, if you go limp, you will be able to breathe.

To be honest, this isn't a safe idea. I would suggest having a play friend with you who is trained in maintaining an airway in the event that something bad happens.

Men who are into this always seem to die wearing heels and panties. I don't know why. At any rate, go into this with caution. It is pretty heavy play with heavy consequences.

 

i haven't tried it, but sometimes when i'm really getting into getting myself off, ill forget to breathe, or i'll hold my breath, either one really, what's the difference, and i'll get a really really wicked headache. like, horrible. i was thinking i was getting those legendary cluster headaches for a while until i heard just how painful they really were from someone who had it...and it happens in a different area of your head.

so i don't think i'd try. but i like to make a point of trying everything 2 or 3 times before i decide i shouldn't do it or i don't want to.
