    My website:

    http://gustofhotair.blogspot.com/

sets out to prove that in Australia, number and magnitude of cyclones are not related to global warming, Australia’s current drought has nothing to do with global warming, and shortly on my webpage I will prove that Australia’s temperatures have in fact not increased at all in the last 20-150 years.

This is by analyzing data as provided by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology.

    Cheers

Imagine you have three glasses of water.

    Before human activity
    Glass A : 50 degrees
    Glass B : 50 degrees
    Glass C : 50 degrees
    Average : 50 degrees

    After human activity
    Glass A : 50 degrees
    Glass B : 59 degrees
    Glass C : 45 degrees
    Average : 51,3 degrees

Imagine glass A is Australia. It hasn't moved a bit.
I hope you understand the link with the earth.
Some parts of the world are actually colder (Europe), but it doesn't mean the average temperature isn't highter.

it's naive to look at one continent in isolation. the weather system of earth is all connected, and it is more complex than we can comprehend. that is why all the simulations give us such varying results. as we aquire more detailed data, we can more accurately predict what will occur. but it is still only a simulation, therefore imperfect. the big picture (of the planet and of scientific consensus) is one of climate change being very real.

the fact that the data is inconclusive is hardly important when practically every day another scientist publishes an alarming new study. being a denier in the 1990's was common, but these days it makes one look increasingly detached from reality.
