I keep hearing about this, and was wondering if its for real. Can you really see people's auras? How do you do it?
I know that some people can do this, I think it has something to do with how sensitve a person is (I don't mean emotionally) and also the environment they live in ( a toxic area sure can mess things up). I don't how to see auras but I am very sensitive to people's vibes, I can tell in a second of being around a person or place, things about that person or place. Sorry, I can't tell you how to see auras.
I don't know if it's accurate or not - but if you get someone to stand a couple of metres in front of you, in front of a white background, you can sometimes see stuff around them - usually a clear haze outlined by a colour. It could just be leftover from when they move, but there are different colours when diffrent people stand - like my friends, who are identical twins....one had this intense, green-yellow and another had a dark fuschia pink.
I can usually see them as well. I don't know how to explain how. I just look at them. It will surround them like a haze. For me, I have to consciously look, kinda like those weird pictures where there are hidden things.
you know they have cameras that take auric photos these days??? crazyness... you can train your eyes to read auras...it just takes a while at first, like a min. or 2. but with practise it gets easier. reading auras is one of those skills you have to continuously practise though or you loose the ability. google "how to read auras", or somthing and you should be able to find excercises for your eyes that will help.
I've done some work to help me see auras, just because I think the whole thing is rather cool. I can see it on some folks, if I try, and yes it is real.
I have been able to see auras all my life. on people, animals, trees. Now currently seeing energy from rocks. it is way too fun! crystal energy. Have seen people with all colors - purples, blues, yellows. I really feel good around people with purples and blues. And folks with black auras are very, very negative. http://www.crystalinks.com/aura.html
I've always thought this was interesting. I thought though, that in oder to practice..you need someone to sit nude,in front of a white background. Then you can see their aura. Is that right?
I'm currently in the process of trying to see everybody aura's i can see some people's aura but not all. But i can always feel from a distance if the person is a negative person or a positive person. peace and love
The only person I have such a bond with is my baby... I can sence her when she's around and often when we're away from each other and I'm just laying and thinking of her and want to write or call her, she calls me or sms's me just when I pick up the phone or the other way around
I only just recently started seeing auras (within the past few days). It's actually not as hard as many folks may believe. Just think of it somewhat like those "Magic Eye" pictures; once you see it, you know and you don't forget how to do it ever again. With practice it gets quicker and easier (and not practicing makes it harder), but it's not something you lose completely once you've seen an aura fully for the first time (and I mean fully as in "with color"). A good way to practice is to put your put hand in front of you (about 1 1/2 feet from your face, roughly), fingers spread slightly in a relaxed pose, and ideally in front of either a white or a light-blue background (the latter is good for initial seeing of the "haze", but after that point, white is better if you want to start learning to see colors). Once you have your hand out, put your focus on the very tip of a finger, like your index or middle finger. Look at the very tip; the silhouette edge. Then, and this is the key here: relax your eyes. You know how Magic Eye pictures require you to set your focus to be closer or further from your face (I can't remember which)? Well in Magic Eye's case, it's a matter of depth perception; the trick there is to focus at a different depth and once you can do it, it becomes pretty easy. Similarly, there's a trick to seeing auras too, and the key is to look at something without actually focusing on it at all. Center your vision on the silhouette edge of your finger, and then relax your eyes, taking in as much surrounding light as possible, far into your peripheral vision. Do that kind of "blank stare" you would do as if you were in standing in the middle of a quiet field and you wanted to notice any possible motion in as wide a field of vision as possible. That's the kind of diffuse non-focused vision that auras show up in. Once you've relaxed your eyes a bit (and once you get a bit more used to this, it doesn't take much; this really does get easier pretty quickly once you've done it once), you should start seeing the "haze" around your fingers, probably only about a millimeter out from the surface of your skin, just outside the silhouette edge. It may appear to be a slight glow or shimmer, but will disappear almost instantly if you try to refocus your eyes too heavily on it. You want to see it, but not stare at it. Now if you can do this and see the haze, the next step is to try it above a white background, and then do it for long enough for colors to start appearing. This won't take long, as long as you really relax your eyes and don't focus too hard even after noticing the haze. Let the haze saturate into your blank-stare vision without actually staring at it. Pretty soon it should grow brighter, and then once it's bright enough you may start noticing a color from it (I can see colors on people and animals, but for plants it's always white for me). When I say "bright enough" it may be hard to describe, but it's definitely a radiant light; after seeing an aura for more than 5-10 seconds I actually start getting the same kind of mild "retina burn" effect you get when you stare at a bright light bulb, or the sun, etc (it's that after-image you get when you blink your eyes); auras can definitely give this off as well. After getting used to doing this on your fingers, try looking at yourself in the mirror (centering your vision on the silhouette edge at the top of your forehead), or at someone else in front of a white background. And then, go outside in a nice environment and look at the top of a line of trees; if they're happy and you are familiar with auras you may see a brightness you've never seen before. Hope that helps!
Auras you mostly dont see them with the naked eye. Look to the sky if you see colors yeah thats an example. But you more or less sense the aura its about 3 ft long and check your colors if your into seeing the colors.
You can see the aura with the naked eye (some people do and some people don't; those who don't see it visually may be able to "see" it intuitively). It just takes a lot of relaxation of focus in order to do so, and some practice and patience. Don't try too hard; just relax and let it happen.
well i know that me and my friend used to say that we could see auras and then we used say well yer aura is poopie brown and mine is rainbow colors i know that there are veins in yer eyes that you block out when yer a baby..
I have been able to see auras for quite some time now, i dont even try anymore, but it takes some concentration, almost in a meditative state............. this year ive actually mastered reading auras from a pic of someone........ its weird
I have two questions about auras: 1) Can they/ do they change throughout your life? 2) I'm having trouble distinguising greens from blues. Does the amount of light in your area effect this? Should I try examining these in an area that has better lighting?
