Yes, it would seem so. I'm not amused. I think it's awful, and hope that someone finds them and stops them.

Terror must never be allowed to succeed - although only with resolve of the people will it do so - and it is far easier to make statement for a land afar away - Perhaps the only thing to do is to press for diplomatic solutions ... although that, seems a hope forlorn

Indeed it does Sir. I wonder if a diplomatic solution will also be contemplated if the jihadist assholes successfully deploy chemical weapons in the UK as was reported earlier today. Will British citizens be so willing to write if off as merely a difference in culture? Will they maintain the stiff upper lip as scores or even hundreds of their fellow citizens, of all ages, races and faiths, become a long string of funerals? Diplomatic solutions to this problem have been attempted since the late 70s (when Jimmy Carter showed the world that Americans will gladly elect a wimp for the white house). We'll see I guess.

/\ Yes- that is a fair point Dick, although I can only state opine on that which I know,
    - Don't forget we had the IRA on British shores - and the damage done to both people and Government - (granted it wasn't chemical/biological weapons used - but the weapon of choice of the day was Semtex and Deaths were Deaths - and this conflict had lasted many.many years - back to the reign of Sweet William/Smelly Billy-dependant on your viewpoint)
It was diplomacy that put an end to what was a home front battle of terror that was increasing in severity
    - Times and things change - but always a course worth trying methinks
