Astral project real?

ok I know I posted two other posts on here lol but has anyone ever done astral projection? And can you really travel the universe while you successfully manage to do that? I heard it takes a long time to successfully do that but if anyone has achieved it and can share their story on how long, how you did it, what it felt like, and if you still do it now?

I think I astral projected in my sleep the other night.

I’m asking people if they’ve ever had a successful astral projection aka out of body experience

 

I believe I have, but only when sleeping.

 

After many years of trying , I have not , or not consciously . The common belief is that we all go out of body during deep sleep , but dont remember . On it being real , Robert Monroe wrote in some of his books that he would go to friends while out of body watching them what they were doing . Then asking them later with out them knowing why he was asking . There is a story of a British MP that apeared before the house of commons( late 1800 -early 1900s some where ) in there astral body to cast there vote while there phy. body was quite sick in bed .

Gonna check this out. Thanks I’m gonna start my astral journey today I found a sleep hypnosis for it so I think I won’t have any problems. My friend told me it’ll take at least 9-10 months to successfully astral project

 

If you want more info on astral projection there is a lot of it . On the net and in books . You can find personal experences and how tos on you tube . Stuff on the net is free , so take it for its worth . Amazon and new age book stores have the books , if any still exist .
