Arnold is not as bad as some people make him out to be, however I'm against the amendment... And that site is... well I suppose it speaks for itself...
every citizen has a right to run for the office, if you don't like him don't vote for him. why limit ourselves to american born assholes?
This guy publically admires hitler and dreamed of being a dictator, this is not a man who should be president. Peace and Love, Dan
Read Article 2, Clause 5 of the Constitution, which states: "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
One thing is for sure, even if he doesn't dream of becoming a dictator, or admire hitler, he will be just like Reagan, and be a little pawn and let the fascists do whatever they want, and Arnold will hide it with his actor persona. Peace and Love, Dan
I thought I posted here once before taking Arny's side for his good samaritan type acts, but more and more it looks like they are ass covering acts. The man's fucking nuts. I think if we open the door to immigrants as president, we're asking for something very bad to happen. When they moved here it was because they liked what we had going on, if they don't like it any more they're free to leave.
That's just stupid, and completely racist. Naturalized citizens are just as much citizens as anyone else. They have all the same rights...except the right to run for president. Why should they be denied that right? How exactly would allowing people to run for president be "asking for something very bad to happen"? If you don't like the candidate, don't vote for him. But don't try to say he shouldn't be allowed to run just because you don't like him. If that's your attitude, you'd probably be happier living in a "republic" like China.
Name any one race that is completely inhibited from becomming president because of the constitution. Not a fucking one. Americans don't move to other countries and complain that we can't be politicians and national leaders.(And please people, don't mention shit like Iraq, that's the goverment, I'm talking on a personal level)This is the United States of America, where we have taken in more people than what we can logically justify, we have more religions, races, ethnicities, whatever than anywhere on earth, and everybody says it's because "America is the land of opportunity, and the best place in the world". If you want to live here fine, but play by the rules just like we're expected to when we move to other countries.
So the core of your argument is "If you don't like [my] America, you can git out!" I think I hear the South Park writers laughing... So since you arbitarily determined that we have too many people (not to mention too many religions and ethnicities), I should "play by your rules"? How about instead, you stop trying to oppress everyone different from you, just because you think there are too many of them. Every adult American citizen should have equal rights. Period.
I'm not sure Arnold has the personal qualities it takes to be president...but fascist? Arnold is a libertarian, which is about the farthest thing imaginable from fascism. He supports both economic and personal freedom...a rare quality among politicians these days.
LMAO!! You also forgot that he's a puppet of the elite and has few qualifications to even run for office.... kinda like Dubya. Arnold, a Libertarian? You, my friend, have a warped view of what Libertarianism is. Arnold is a socialistic, neocon shill.... far from a Libertarian. Name one thing that makes Arnold a Libertarian! You need to learn to differentiate action from rhetoric. The reason the Republican Party wants Arnold to run is because he would make a great puppet, just like the current stooge that's in office. Anyone who studies Arnold's background and his close ties to such elites as Warren Buffett and the Rothschild Family, would see what the guy's agenda is, as well as the agenda of those who are pushing so hard for the constitutional amendment so he can run in '08.
it's sort of unknown wat his father did, but he did apply. arnold did the salute once and got hell for it and he admitted his mistake. he was brought here by a jew and had to be reminded when he did make anti semetic remarks. even though he likes the idea of a dictatorship, america is a democratic country and he could be voted out, but at the moment he can't even be voted in. from wat i figured of arnie he wouldn't run the country with the bible. which whould be the most of my worries, but i'm canadain so it doesn't matter. there are always better, there are always worse
If and when this country decides to amend the constitution to allow foreign-born people to be president, it should be done in a way that no one able to run for president at the time the amendment is passed would be able to benefit from the change. In other words, it should not take effect until say 50 years later. This would insure that this is being done as a change in philosophy, and not to benefit anyone in particular.
