This is the house, right? The tax records only go back so many years, and not back to 1984. You might contact the Benton County tax collector and ask if they have it that far back.

Come to think of it, you probably less likely a crazy ex if you don't remember the last name. Call the library and see if they have a phonebook from that time, and put an ad out on craigslist asking for a phonebook from 1984. Since you don't know the last name, you'd have to scan it all to search for the address. But then you'd have a last name (probably).
Don't think she had a phone at the time so that wouldn't help at all, it's a long shot but you never know, thanks for info, you've been a big help
