are your chairs cold, do you put coats on them?

drives me fricking crazy when people use chairs as coat-racks . I could see just for a minute if youre using the chair to sit, and take your coat off.. But leaving it there like the chair needs a coat just pisses me off..

 

What about when they hang it in the front of the chair and give you that look when you touch it to move it so you can sit down.

 

Yes! And when they hang laundry out of the dryer on the chairs to supposedly let the wrinkles fall out but they never put it away and suddenly your kitchen table and chairs has become laundry storage just like when they fold laundry on the table but never put it away and just go to the table to get whatever they are going to wear just like it's a big damn closet and the chairs get back heavy and tip over if you bump them!!!! (I'm almost out of breath!)

We don't do it here but my daughter in law does it.

 

yes I put clothing on my chairs....even socks on the legs so they don't scratch the floor

i dont use caffeine ,, pay closer attention to my posts..

 

One of my irks is when the kids come in and do that. Or throw it over the banister on the way in. They have to walk past the hall closet to do so..........go figure.

I dislike it because it makes the house look messy and it makes them appear to be a little lazy.

 

whatever it is that's irking you so bad that you're flippin out about a coat over a chair then.
i hope you can ditch that person in your space that's screwin wif your head so you can be the happy squirrel you are inside :sunny:

 

it means that by boss knows i'm in the office. i can leave as long as i leave my coat on the chair, hell assume i'm just away from my desk.

 

i do it if my coat is wet

doesnt dry right on a hook but the chair spreads it open

I do this with coats... sometimes. But yeah it does bug me when people do it as if it's where the coat belongs xD

 

I know what all you guys are thinking: "What's a coat doing on a chair? It should be tossed on the floor where it belongs."
