Are you a nudist/naturist?

If you’re a practicing (for lack of a better word) nudist or naturist, why do you find the lifestyle or hobby appealing? Is it an issue of comfort, freedom, or a more social aspect?

With clothes made like crap now its getting harder for me to find stuff i like.... (I cant get nude very often though due to the fucked up ways of this world )

 

feels like EARTH<WIND< WATER< unrestricted.

 

I will say that I'm a home nudist. I'm naked at home whenever possible. The freedom of clothing is great. My wife isn't much it to going clothes free though. When she's home I usually put something on. I do work weekends and off during the week which makes it nice for me and no clothes.

 

I can't say I'm a nudist.
But I'm naked alot.

 

Comfort- much nicer swimming or having a sauna nude.

 

It depends on how you define the term nudist/naturist, there is no real difference between them. I would not consider a true naturist because I would not go to a naturist camp site, club or resort let alone socialise nude. But I do swim and sunbathe nude when the opportunity arises and spend some time around the house and garden nude as well.

I do find it more comfortable without clothes but only in situations where I know it is acceptable, I can't ever see myself being a boundary pusher. When I first tried beach nudity I did for a while become very enthusiastic but after a year or two mellowed and became much more pragmatic.

 

Freedom ,comfort and the primitive aspect of functioning in the outdoors doing whatever needs to be done without clothing. I built my cabin, with the exception of when I HAD to have another set of hands completely nude......(nailbags of course)

 

Caught a nice buzz an took a nice naked drive in the country,,one of the nice things about living in north dakota, not as many people or cars on the back roads, it was sunny and hot so it was nice to feel the hot breazes all over my body

 

I love the freedom from clothes no binding no twisting and no laundry,, Ive been a nekidist which is similar to a nudist hehe for 40 sum years

 

I've been more interested in it lately. I would love to go to a nude-approved place. or just walk around in nature naked. It would be so freeing. I've def been outside nude before. But hidden. I don't think my bf would approve though. Damn society!

 

I'm a nudist I feel more like a naturist when I'm naked at the beach I find the nude lifestyle appealing because of the freedom of walking around with an erection without covering it up

 

What's this obsession with erections. Lay off the Viagra before you get into trouble.

I do agree that simply being able to be clothes free is far more comfortable a lot of the time. Erections well to be honest they just don't happen that much; well not enough to worry about and just enough to be useful.

I like feeling the sun the wind water when I swim no binding when I hike how fast the sweat goes away when I work out.
I can take a shower comb my hair shave brush my teeth and I'm ready to go.
love to do yard work in the nude paint the house it makes for easy clean up.
wish I could work in a nudist colony.

nobody complained about my erection at the nude/nudist beach I didn't bother covering it up

 

Yes but they probably thought "What a plonker!" and decided that you would best be ignored. The fact that you don't complain does not mean that you think it is OK.
