Are these mushrooms psychoactive?

I picked these in Colorado in a patch of grass. They have jet black spore prints and appear to be bruising whiteish near the bottom of the stipe. The mushrooms dried a bit overnight while I was printing them

 

I don't know if it's same for all strains but afaik, Psilocybin prints are more purple.
