    Goodmorning everyone!

Yesterday I was at the first of a series of meetings on the benefits of naturism. A few of my friends invited me even though I wasn't very convinced ...

I must admit that the culture of naturism is very intelligent. They made us reflect on the uselessness of clothing in modern society in many cases!

Clothes cause pollution to be produced and their ornamental function makes them full of details that have no practical advantage.
Plus they create distance and social difference between people.

The first step was to start removing some garments to show that you are well without it. So a bit undecided I took off my jacket, scarf and cardigan.

Left with a tank top you could see the small defects of my body that I should improve by going to the gym ...

So clothing is also harmful because it makes us take less care of our body ...anyway they are right, often we are with so many layers of clothes while with the tank top it would look good anyway after getting used to it.

They call us textiles ... and I wonder if I should continue to convince myself to get rid of some of this bad habit of harnessing clothing ...

Once you go nude you will love it. Nudist are just normal people who enjoy doing things naked. I enjoy nude house cleaning and working in house all while nude and it is the same as if a person had clothes on. The freedom and body acceptance and one in one. Start slow and work your way to total nude. It was easy for me because I always slept nude even as a kid. When I got my first place I just stayed nude all day. I hope it works out for you.

Hi Jasmine. I don’t think that clothes can be labeled dangerous because at times they protect our bodies. For instance, being naked in winter would be an impossibility during times of bitter cold temps. I’ve spent limited amounts of time outside naked but after awhile it cuts right to the bone. Hypothermia can set in. I agree that clothes hide body imperfections which we would overlook. As far as the manufacturing process goes there is always a waste that gets discarded somewhere and artificial fabrics do contain chemicals.
So kudos to you for joining that meeting.Get bare and enjoy your body. If you see that you need to improve what your not happy with then join that gym.
