Hey Im taking the Ap US history exam on the 6th of may. And it would be awesome if anyone can give me some pointers/suggestions for studying or whatever. Im worried bout the DBQ. Any info is much appreciated!
What book do you have? I would recommend rereading the book, especially if you have the little paperback with the flag on it. Also, go through in eras and think of possible essay topics and organize them out on notecards or something. DBQs are really easy... alot easier than regular essays IMO. Just remember that documents follow facts so don't even look at the docs until after you've set up your outline. Then just cite docs such as [Doc. A] at the end of the sentance that you used information from. Just have faith in yourself! And study with other people, talking about it helps. I'm taking 3 AP exams that week- US, English, and Spanish so Imma die.
Thats just what I wanted to hear. Thanks a bunch. I have the flag book, its really great. ITs kind of wierd its written by a teacher from Devry Institue of Technology but that doenst mean anything! Lol! Good luck with those AP's, that will be killer, but im sure yall do fine. peace
Yeah, the DBQ questions are actually pretty broad, so if you just go back through the book and are able to name maybe four or five significant events of each time period, you should be fine. For me, it was the multiple choice that raped my ass.
