i need some tips on how to find the hook up should i just go up to random people and be like "Got ne smoke?"
i found it, sweet lol. it says i can walk down the street smoking a blunt a cops probably wont care now i just need to find young people and ask them if they know where i can get some tx
yeah once when all my hookups were dry i went to this little townhouse community and asked around and within 10 minutes i found some bud. preferably try talking with the person a bit before asking, that way they won't immediatly think you're a cop.
I live in berkeley,check what it says about the police. and guess what my school is right across the street from that park . Law Enforcement: Let's put it this way, there's a park across the police station. I have smoked there too many times to remember. I have personally seen people do all kinds of drugs, get shit-faced and drink their brains out in the middle of a grass field at anytime of the day. There have been 4/20 celebrations go down there with 20 or so groups of people smoking at one time. And these are people aging from 13 and younger (cutting school), to derelict old homeless folks. If you're not stupid you'll do just fine.

Try checking out a skate park there, or even the beach if you are close enough. Just be cool about it, and don't be really pissed if they short you a little because they are just taxing you for being an outsider. Also if you are going to be in Cali for awhile, try to get the guys phone number once you buy off of him, so that you can have a source for more.
