I forgot how good this stuff was. Just washed my hair with it. I started drinking like two tablespoons a day of it again for the past week and it has boosted my mood and energy greatly. Also helps my skin. If youre not using this stuff i highly recommend it. Its great for a number of things. It has to be the braggs version with "the mother" in it though, otherwise its useless.
What are the benefits of that? Does it balance the Ph on your scrotum skin? Kill off all the bacteria??

Bullshit. While I will be the first to admit that the benefits of ACV can be overstated by its proponents, it is not the same as ordinary vinegar. Yes, both are largely made up of acetic acid, but unpasteurized, unfiltered apple cider vinegar also contains a wide range of vitamins, minerals and enzymes which "ordinary" vinegar does not. Now if you were to compare PASTEURIZED, FILTERED apple cider vinegar with ordinary white vinegar, I would be more likely to agree with you. As the OP stated, the filtered ACV that is sold alongside other vinegars is NOT the same thing as the unpasteurized version, which has a cloudy appearance. So we're talking about more than just acetic and malic acid here when we're talking about ACV as opposed to other vinegars.

I dont think anyone has ever made the claim that ACV is loaded with vitamins, minerals, nutrients. But unfiltered acv is loaded with enzymes that aid in digestion , much in the same way eating kimche or yogurt is good for digestion. It helps balance out gut bacteria. and it has so many other uses that have nothing to do with the digestive tract, so who cares if it doesn't contain calcium? you know what its really great for? If you ever accidentally put a pan in the dishwasher that isn't dishwasher safe and it starts to rust, soak it in some acv water and the rust comes right off.
Apple cider vinegar doesn't contain the types of enzymes that your digestive tract uses to break down foods. Not only that but your stomach is more than 100 times as acidic as apple cider vinegar. Enzymes are very sensitive to acidity, and exposure to the acidic interior of the stomach renders those non-stomach enzymes inactive. Kimchi aids in digestion by introducing beneficial probiotic bacteria that colonize in the lower intestine. Why aren't those bacteria destroyed by stomach acid as well? Enough live bacteria are still present in some of the undigested fiber of the cabbage or whatever vegetable and makes it through to the lower intestine. It's why Kimchi is so much more effective than yoghurt, most of the bacteria in yoghurt are destroyed in the stomach because there's nowhere to hide!
I looked up ACV on Dr. Weil's website earlier, and he said there is no facts backing up the claims of ACV for weight loss,and for other healing properties. he did not discount it, either. I know I took my 2 or more tablespoons last night straight and all i smelt all night was that on me.....ugh...it never went away.......but my thinking seems clearer.....and i feel better....and i have heard it is very anti viral.....so we are the pioneers for it. Someone once told me they use it every time they feel a cold sore coming and the cold sore goes away.......cold sores are viral, right? i have taken it before when I felt a cold coming on, and it seemed to disippate that, as well...placebo, maybe?...but I am not too gullible with placebo thinking ever.
