Anyone got any tips on dealing with a foot stomper in the floor above? There were no problems whatsoever with the previous tenants but this guy sounds like a herd of elephants and stomps around the place till 1.30 am. I have ear plugs, but I don't know if they are going to work. I tried having my headphones in with radio static going last night and could still hear him thumping around.
