Yesterday I purchased my first dab rig for oils/wax/shatter and woah am i impressed. Haven't been this high since i first started, Who else here dabs? :flyhigh:
I've only taken a few. I have a buddy with an insane rig but he chooses to smoke poppers for some reason (tobacco/weed in a tube that hits you like a brick). From what I remember it was a really "clean" feeling high... Quite the opposite of a popper.
it is in this thread forever because you quoted a spammer....kind of a rookie move....do not feed the spammers by quoting them ...lol....I did the same thing and was proper reamed by the moderapers I am old school and have been smoking honey oil since I was in high school in 1974/75..... the new more refined vacuum treated wax and shatter are potent yes....but they are just another doobie to this guy its not like you can enjoy a gram joint of shatter......but you sure as hell can enjoy a gram joint of kush

I am horrible example of what to do..i am more an example of what ''not'' to do they are making honey oil by washing the trichromes with various things...latest is co2 ectraction but many use butane....now....you can just leave the honey oul in the bowl and eventually it will harden....if you then take a knfe and try and carve off a piece it will shatter and often go flying lol...rudimentary shatter the real shatter at med dispensaries is treated in a vacuum chamber to pull out all impurities and to cut down on hardening time......imo wax is just a step between honey oil and shatter....
Cool... Still, I've never had access. Pot, yeah... Hash, yeah... Any kind of extracts or processed concentrations other than hash... Nope. Other than pipe resin, which is like.... Just the opposite.
I would like to try dab but probably won't ever get around to buying the shit you need for it. The local media here has been freaking out about dabs lol. The headlines are something along the lines of "the newest illicit and dangerous drug - are your children doing dabs?"
All the headlines I've seen had to use the word "marijuana" in there somewhere... Just to demonize pot a little bit more than it already is.
I smoke honey/hash oil, wax, shatter, dabs etc. It's all the same, you just loose potency the more you get away from wax. Dabs have less grams per hit than dabs do. But wax is a bitch to work with, so you purge it to shatter and rip off little 'dabs'. My trimmings are top shelf and that is what makes the best, not running a good bag of bud! Yeah it will be good, but only as good as the herb was to begin with. I've tried it all, best is trimmings from top shelf plants! Ifya get a chance to try it, it's great. LIke floating on a cloud of titty!
