i'm on the NJ/Rockland County, NY border...'bout 40 minutes from you. The HV has some great places for music/art (Middletown, New Paltz, Nyack etc..) festivals (Mt. Jam @ Hunter mt., Mighty High music fest @ Sterling Forest)..within 30-45 from you there's a lot going on!!!

Yes, I am in the Hudson Valley...near the Hudson River...It is beautiful here....but I am in the woods and get to make love to trees and animals.... here....lol...not really... It can get lonely here.
I was born in the Bronx.

I love New York.

I have spent alot of time in NYC, and miss it some days.

 

Photos outside my front door today, and the snow is really coming down today....



Hear the coyotes at night here(scary sounding)....See lots of deer...a bear was spotted here by neighbors....etc ....



Hudson River here....with two dolls...modelling for me...brother and sister team...

I never the saw the bear here, but heard him passing threw a few times in the wee hours of the dark morning....looking for food, I suspect. i heard the loud huffing....from an upstairs open window....

Hey, nice photos in here moonglow, I live about an hour east of you in Connecticut… I love the Hudson River Valley, spent an afternoon at Croton point Park this past fall and it was so beautiful… How are you holding up through this winter?

 

Hi, Wheels...! How do you know where on the Hudson I am?....Anyway, nice to see you....Croton Park is beautiful....It is all beautiful up here...CT is, too. We are having a real winter this year....and I will take it....over a abnormally warm one....

 

I live in New Hampshire but I grew up in Massachusetts and know upstate New York quite well and certainly the Big Apple. :2thumbsup:
