Anyone in Italy?

Hello,
im a 19 year old college student from america (chicago), and looking to go to italy for a few months. i was wondering if anyone on these forums from italy could maybe help me with my italian? any help would be appreciated. you can just PM me.

i'm very interested in going to naples too

I went to Italy for awhile last Spring. I stayed in Murano and studied glass and also ran around Venice. My Italian isn't the greatest but it wasn't a problem because most people there spoke English.

 

I live near Italy, and i go there often....
But Italian people i know don't speak
(and when they do, yo can hardly understand them beacuse they talk with really weird accent)
(which i actually find really cute)

 

hehehe...that is so true! We have weird accent, specially in the South.

Sorry that I've seen your post just now... I live in Bologna for my studies..but I'm from Bolzano, South Tyrol, where you can find the Dolomites, wonderful mountains in the Alps!!
