Anyone in Arkansas need a place?

Hi...my name is Brandy and I live in Searcy, Arkansas. My roommate, Trinity, and I are looking for some roommates because money is tight and we could use extra help w/ the rent. Also, we like to meet new and interesting people..so thats a plus! We pay $260 a month for a two bedroom apartment. We don't sleep in the rooms...we sleep on a bed and couch in the living room...so we have two bedrooms free. It would be an even split - the bills, rent, etc. - so if anyone is interested, lemmi know.

A few questions:

1) is it easy to find a job around there?

2) Any requirements from the person? drug free.....etc?

3) Would it be possible to join you guys, help out for a while (Cook, Clean, etc) until one finds a job?

4) looking for male or female?

5) age preference?

 

Yes, it is easy to find a job around here...we have alot of factories and things, and my roommate is always looking for a second job so she could help out.

There aren't any real requirements...if you smoke weed, thats cool, but nothing hard like heroin, meth, or coke if possible.

If you wanna bunk with us -while- in search of a job, its cool. lol...We normally grab food from fast food places and we don't by groceries often, so you wouldn't need to cook, but cleaning would definitely be okay. We get kinda messy...and she works alot, I go to school during the day...and I'll be having surgery soon so I won't be able to do it alot by myself.

Sex doesn't matter, and age isn't a factor as long as you aren't a minor. In that case, confirmation from tha parental units would be required before the move.
