Yer in quantavie analytics this is the formula taught. They really don’t pay much attention to the daily moving average either, The positive moment macd does that for them with low relative strength and the stochastic + the gap , big hedge fund traders. That’s why when the stock market crashes it goes threw the 200 day mov average like slicing bread. It’s not because of bots either it’s cause they don’t bother about it , they protect thier risk
