Anyone going to any festivals this summer?

or know of any good ones? thats pretty much the plan for this summer and maybe i can finally meet some of you motherfuckers!

 

Haha, I'm no where near you prolly. But I try to go to 4-5 festivals per summer. You're life goal should be to go to Burningman. So I say you should do that.

 

so far i know i want to go to all good and im waiting to see the gathering of the vibes lineup, mountain jam looks really good too but ticket prices are gonna be what gets me so im not 100% sure ill make it to any of them haha though id love it if i could make it to all of them

 

Seattle Hempfest.... Actually all the hempfests in the NW region are fantastic. Portland has the very best music, though.

 

id like to get out to some of the fests that are at nelsons ledge in ohio, they are a bit cheaper and not too far away from me. also a free festival in lock haven pa that ive gone to the last couple years called lockstock...not sure when that will be help but its usually in august

so far we've got wakarusa, allgood, wanee, the hangout, and hopefully shambahala that would be fucking amazing but it's so far away

 

I wanna do GOTV and Mtn Jam.

also: anyone got any festival advice? Ben's been to a few, but these will be my first.

 

Drink lots of water
Dont forget the lip balm/sunscreen
Wear comfy clothes/shoes
Use condoms

best advice, you don't really need anymore else than this haha
maybe bring a carefree loving attitude

Sziget in Budapest..this ones going to be hard to sneak into

how do you get information relating to those?

 

You have to know one of the rig crews involved usually. Otherwise by word of mouth, the location usually isnt released till a day or two beforehand though

 

I might go to both or at least one of them...My friend keeps bringing up Mtn Jam though.That would be sick.

There's also a really small reggae gathering/fest in western mass and upstate ny. That would be a dream.
