Anyone get ASMR?

otherwise known as mind tingles.

I'm sure some of you know what i am talking about

 

just did a quick google search, and aparently on youtube there's a whole community called the "whisper community" that deals with this.

I'm unfortunate to not know the sensation, but I can imagine based on descriptions. I think I may have experienced it before when i was a kid though. is it kinda like the shivers without the coldness?

 

yea its like this weird tingling feeling you get in ur head. people get it in different situations though. For example, for as long as i can remember i get it when i watch someone looking at something. Like if im showing a customer a product and work and they kinda examine it and look at it ill get those tingles. It's weirdddd but feels kinda good

 

I'm still trying to pull this feeling out of the depths of my childhood.

I almost want to relate it to the feeling of cozyness and comfort and security i used to get when I was getting ready for school, or right before i had to poop.

but then again i want to relate it to the spinal tremors or "shivers" I used to get when i was a kid when I would be taking a pee.

that also leads me to believe i have never actually experienced the actual amsr

the part about feeling cozyness, comfort and security is right. thats kida how i would describe it.

i guess kinda like the pee shivers as well, except asmr is in ur head not whole body. but kinda the same feeling.

This describes the feeling really well. It's difficult to describe especially as I am also really high.

It happens a lot when I'm on LSD. I feel like it has something to do with experiencing beauty.

 

Hence The Reason So Many People Describe You As A "Dick Head"......:2thumbsup:.

I can almost do it on command these days. I got the head tinglies just reading the first few posts. I get them all the time, it doesn't take much to trigger them.

 

all you people with mind tingles should lay off the SSRI drugs for a while...or at least get checked for lice

 

No lice here. Dandruff...a lot of dandruff, but no buggies. And never had an SSRI in my life. Unless weed counts...I've had a lot of weed...
