Anyone been/stay in Libreville???

    Bonjour
    I’m toying with the idea of sailing to Libreville and see if I can sail up the river find a bit of land to retire. Any thoughts???

    Cost of living?
    Is it safe?
    Yes I’m Caucasian but I respect people of all religions and colour. I believe in equality.

    I haven't been to Libreville (which one???), and also wonder where you are sailing from?

    I have sailed FROM Africa, but never to... and spent time in Morocco and SA. Sailed mostly in the Caribbean myself.
