This Austrian station GoTV has a lot going for it. Their Vjs present a diverse alternative to all the other supposed video channels. There are few commercials and the music is usually very good to excellent. They spotlight German/Austrian bands occasionally but it's an eclectic mix of sounds from around the world. Another pretty good station is Ocko, a Czech station that does a lot of alternative stuff too, lots of interesting Czech & Eastern European bands are highlighted, but sometimes it gets a bit too heavy metal for my tastes. I'm getting them via satellite, btw.
They're on the Astra network I believe thru satellite. I could probably look up the frequency if that would help. You need a transponder that picks up Astra. I better check cause there's a second transponder which picks up another signal, they might be on that cause I don't remember getting them on the last astra system I used. I hope that's not too confusing. I'll check them out when I watch them again.
thanks skip, but don't worry about it, i just have the traditional TV channels at home, it was just curiosity, i don't really watch much TV, hehe.
