One used to be able to find bell bottoms at the Goodwill all the time. I don't know what happened. You used to be able to find all kinds of 70's clothes at the thrift store. In the 90's, anyway. Now it's 2019 or so, and all you can find is clothes from the last ten years, it seems.
They are still about in women's fashion . They tend to just retitle things and call them wide legged trousers.

When i was a kid flair bottoms were still in fashion (flair bottoms are the less extreme version of Bell Bottoms)
