Okay, the background is most of the time, if not all, I'm a very dreary, lazy, unconcentrating person. i cant pay attention for a thing at school, im always coming home and just wanting to sleep(i dont work hard at all, so why should i be sleepy?),im with friends and just sit there like a drone, basically i barely have any energy to do anything, i want to i just cant do it. then, sometimes i have a clear head, energy is full, good mood, like im on 20 cups of coffee. i dont think i have a disease, i might just need motivation. what ways can i boost my energy? and what could be factors to this problem?
Could be a mineral deficiency, or maybe you just need more sleep. Sometimes even a caffeine withdrawal can play a role. But you can boost energy in many ways. I most cases, it can be as simple as taking vitamins or getting enough sleep. Good luck, yo.
I've had the same problem last month, I'm sure it was the weather. But anyway, I think it will go away by itself, enjoy yourself and you will completely forget about it.
Try cutting out grains, sugar and caffeine from your diet. Also no diet cokes, or anything diet. Lots of fruits, veggies and protein⦠See if you feel any better after a couple weeks. Your digestive system has a lot to do with your metabolism which affects your thyroid which is what can slow down your energy levels. :spider:
Okay, I'm no doctor or anything, but I've done a bit of research on Bipolar disorder, and that's what this sounds like to me. Maybe you should google "symptoms of Bipolar disorder" and see what you get.
lol... bipolar is a lot more than feeling dreary and then having boosts of energy. I wouldn't jump the gun. Start with the most minor diagnosis (like a food allergy) and work your way up. this takes work but could be benificial: try tracking your diet and habits (such as sleep, physical exercise) for about a month or so as well as tracking your mood. See if anything coorelates (for instance, do you feel worse after you eat something in particular - such as glutens or wheat).
