I'm not, but I just wanted to come in here and say I admire brass players. I've managed to play a lot of instruments, but brass is somethng I shall never get the hang of.

 

Why thank you. But it is all the mouth. If you can make a fart noise, you can play any brass instrument.

 

i should learn some brass instruments.


what styles of music do you play?

 

If I played brass, I'd wanna play jazz. I play the flute and can play improvisational jazz etc, but it's just not the same. LOL

 

I believe the correct term is "tromboners"

I play trombone. Played in jazz bands and pep bands in highschool and then just used it for an odd song now and then in different non-school-related bands in college. It's such a rad instrument. I always wished I could play sax though....

 

Damn, I was gonna make the "tromboner" joke but I guess I already did it 7 months ago. :$
