^^^ i dunno.. the acetaminophen works as a buffer.. kinda slowing the release of the hydrocodone over a period of time... i have read things on erowid about how just straight hydrocodone is waaaaaaaaay stronger than morphine or oxy.. and the OD level is relatively low(not talking about with acetaminophen)

btw... i dont think your liver really heals as well as most other organs in your body... especially with the liver being a relatively sensitive organ

^ ive tried extracted hydrocodone, and it wasnt stronger than oxy thats for damn sure, never done morphine so i dont know bout that though.

while the acetaminophen may delay the release of the hydrocodone to some extent, it certainly doesnt even come close to the effectiveness of a time-release coating, or chemical, so it doesnt make it that much stronger.

besides, someone with tolerance would probably enjoy it being a bit stronger. im sure most people just say its stronger because it hits you faster, without all the unessescary shit like acetaminophen and whatever fillers or dyes or whatever may be in the pill.

the structure and strength of the chemical itself is unchanged, however.

and i wasnt sure if your liver heals... i know your lungs heal themselves to some extent after smoking, and smoking is certainly no good on the body, and not "natural" to our bodily process in any way. so i just figured your liver probably would too. but if it doesnt, i would suggest he stop popping pills. 2 years of constant abuse like that has probably done at least 10+ years of damage

Nothing Crossed Out has a ton of good points here. Also, toker, I'm not sure about extracted hc being more potent but that does sound possible.

I stopped messing around with opiates awhile ago, I was starting to feel junked out too much. And as far as acetaminphen damaging the liver.. yeah thats a serious concern. And I think the liver will heal itself, but only to a certain extent or level of efficiency because it develops scar tissue.

i dont think the acetaminphen really changes what the hydrocodone does. because i know people hat were taking a bunch of 750 vics and thats way to much acetaminphen. if your still prescribed vics from your doctor he must know its getting bad on ur liver. i would suggest if you havent already to ask for some norcos. they are the same as a vic but instead of 7.5/750 they are 10/325 alot less acetaminphen. ive known a few people fuck up there health bad from taking to many vics because they wernt working after a while.
