both cialis and viagra work fine. Viagra seems stronger but lasts shorter. Cialis can help you out the entire weekend.
Both give me serious side effects though, headaches, stuffed nose, blue vision (viagra), pain in my legs (for 3 days!) or lower back.

It only work when you are aroused though, so it's not that you walk around all day with a stiffy.
