Any Neil Young Fans Out There?

The guy is truly unique. I recently found out that as a child he dealt with Polio and his parent's divorce. It made me think twice about my own struggles I deal with daily and how now matter how horrible they may feel to me, there's always someone out there that's got it worse.

His songs may not be of the greatest musical quality but I think he's got real talent and passion. How about you?

Neil Young is great. Any song by him puts me in a completely different state of mind. I agree with the psych man that his work with Crosby, Stills, and Nash is beautiful. He truly is unique from other artists.

 

neil's the BEST. few can match his song writing ability.

he did a movie called "Heart of gold " it is live from Nashville, great flick, it was for his father who had die afew years ago.

Yeah, if you really dig Neil, you should try to find the movie "Human Highway", He co-directed it (aka Bernard Shakey) and stars in it. Where else can you see Mr. Young and Devo jamming "Hey Hey My My" togather? And, I am a fan of his music. Does it sound strange that "Arc" maybe one of my favorites?

 

I like his song "Living With War" It's the perfect song for what we're going through right now. Anyone heard of The Only Children? They make some great folk rock.

I LOVE Neil Young's music... my absolute favorite song is "Down by the River", I also like "Cinnamon Girl" a lot too...

 

Neil Young's Music is as close to the Divine as i'll ever get, and that's not a bad thing.
