sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.. just to have a broad pic, any moms can help? during pregnancy, what is a good source of calcium if someone can't really drink milk (not a lactose intolerance just a problem of digesting it) and similar things? thank you
not a mom. but I've done some research on the subject because I don't do dairy. here are a few thing that hold their own with milk in the calcium dept... rhubarb collard,mustard, turnip greens spinach sesame seeds figs tofu broccoli Kelp any bean is great too
