Well, I personally don't use dating sites. Plentyoffish is absolutely pointless. There may be dating sites that work, sure, but only if you're a hunk. They charge you to send a little image of a teddy bear or a champagne or wine bottle. It just feels gimmicky. Even if you upgrade your user status, it's still going to be an uphill battle. One that will likely get you nowhere anytime soon. I bet a lot of people just register on it to see what lonely hearts will contact them, then you will regret even bothering to sign up. They're probably not remotely serious. But it's often impossible to tell who's what due to there being little of a connection as a whole. Online is, well, online. It all feels like make believe.
