hey i'm Tracy... I'm 18, 5'4, and I currently weigh about 160 lbs. I have been trying to go for 30-45 min walk/jogs 2-4 times a week and attempting to stay away from junk food and eat better, but it's hard sometimes... I am vegetarian btw. Any ideas of what I can do to lose about 20 lbs by New Years?
Try green tea, it worked really well for me after I had my daughter. 2 cups or more a day and I lost 25 pounds( with moderate exercise) Green tea increases your metabolic rate and has many other health benefits as well.
