    Hey!

Okay so this year, before the man finally brain washes me, for the last time in a while, I and a bunch of friends of mine, are tryin' to head out to a beach, where they allow beach fires (can't have a hippie trip without the bonfire) and camping on the beach. I've been a squater before but my husband doesn't really like the idea...so we decided to do the beach with the ocean thing.

We might bring my over-weight cockerspaniel, so a pet friendly beach would be great too. He'll be on a leash the entire time...so anyone got any ideas? or suggestions?

    Peace & Love,

I don’t know about beaches that allow fires but there are plenty you can get away with it. I don’t know much about southern Cali I went to some bon fires by Laguna Beach before; Nth of Monterey bay there is good spots.
When I lived in Northern Cali I always had fires not sure how legal it was but we would hike out a ways and find a spot where you can’t see the fire light from the road or near by homes, cops usually don’t want to hike a ½ mile in the sand to write a ticket.
I think the hardest thing is finding a spot where you can park your car without it being messed with by the cops.
I doesn’t hurt any thing when high tide comes in it washes all the ashes away. But it might be good to look up the laws on it. If you look up laws on it you should post them, I am curious what they are.
