BM stands for black metal. I guess OP doesn't like it.

  5. It also stands for Black Men. I don't think @Mamluke likes the racism he's getting

  6. And from a black American woman! She's telling a lot of stuff, but I wonder if she's actually been to Africa or if she's just encountered African men shortly after they have arrived in the US. I trained a Tunisian crew in Turkey (couldn't get visas for them to come to the US, go figure). When training was done for the day, most of them fanned out into Istanbul to get tore up drunk and laid. Many came back hung over and beat to fook after being robbed by the friendly Turkish taksi drivers.

Some guys just lose it on Bastille day, and it's not a reflection of their core being. Best to give a guy time to get acclimated before passing wholesale judgments. After the second night of this shit me and a Syrian refugee I hired as a translator and 2 German guys invited them all out to a more controlled environment so we could keep them from being lone targets (none of them wanted to be embarrassed in front of any of the others, so they split like a lawyer's convention in Vegas after dinner.

I also explained how to avoid the hangovers the Navy way, by forcing yourself to drink water to avoid having to see the captain. I think they were so convinced of the stigmas associated with alcohol that they simply gave in to them. After all, it's what they expected. Whoever heard of having a civilized drink in North Africa? Indonesia on the other hand......
