It was stolen just like the malaysian one. These planes just dont go down like without a single piece of debris being found.
Maybe terrorism? Triads? Government? Bad engineering/build quality on the planes? who knows at this point...
Apparently it had requested a change of course before it went off grid. It doesn't particularly make me want to fly.
Bad weather in the area. Also it's getting dark now, so no more real searching until daylight. I bet FOX will bring in some retired army general who will explain how there's proof it's landed safely in Al-Quaeda-Land and is being prepped for for striking the heartland as we speak. Then the CIA will ask for more budget and more secrecy.
Something is not right here. Same thing with the last plane that was never found. I've read opinions of people who are commercial pilots and they say that it is nearly impossible, in this day and age, to lose a commercial air liner anywhere in the entire world. Someone knows where this plane is. Even if the systems that power the tracking beacons in the fuselage are shut off (as was supposedly the case with the last plane) there are still individual, independent beacons on each engine that can not be shut off....even at the bottom of the ocean. Even if they go "off radar"....they can still be tracked. We are being fed bullshit. This is nothing more than something for the media to go on about while something else is happening behind our backs. Did they ever find that last plane?
My husband disagrees, and he's been dealing with big jets for most of his adult life, professionally. He says if the crew turns off and disconnects enough stuff, you can make yourself disappear as long as you're well away from the United States, Europe, and Australia. The engines won't transmit anything after a crash, and they never send out location information. His best advice is stay away from airplanes and airports associated with third world countries. Anything can happen there.
.....imagine that. Flying on shit that's more complex and finely tuned than the millennium falcon, based and maintained out of places without drinking water where marlboro targets small children for loosie sales.... what could go wrong? (Yes, I'm totally making that up, I have no idea what country airasia is out of..... but I'll bet you this: it's not japan or south korea)
Yeah, I decided that my flying days are over the last time I flew to Florida not too long ago. The pilot...i saw drinking something at the bar before he took his position...and the plane shake, rattled and rolled the whole flight...and I thought we were going down. I said if I make it out of this one alive...i am done. Sure hope there are cruise ships to Hawaii....LOL
Nowadays i lose my phone i can get on the web lock it, find out its location , every take a photo Is it really thay freakin hard to set up the same thing on a plane, have every plane send location info and a pic every 30 seconds to a secure server. This is ridiculous
You live in Australia, where there is cutting edge technology, and plenty of people who know how to use it. Your government will never lose a big airplane. Worst thing about international flights is no matter where they're from, they have to rely on local air traffic control and rescue teams. In some of those countries, you move up within the local equivalent of the FAA by having friends and relatives in high places, not by being good at what you do for a living. That sort of thing can be found as close as Mexico and the Bahamas, I've been told by a reliable source.
