Anniversary of Kent State May 4

    There are some things we old hippies have in common. The events we witnessed either first hand or through news accounts at the time is one of them. The killing of Americans by the Ohio National Guard is something we should never forget. To let it pass from memory is to invite it to happen again. Remember Kent State.

    thank you for putting up the picture memorial.that was 1970 wasn't it?i was traveling through ohio at the time,but not near kent.i think there's a memorial marker where the tragedy happened on campus.
