I dont have any definition of what angels are, even for me, except for soemthing that can exist in your life which serves to kind of protect us.
I have not found my angel yet. If I do I will let you know. Not a religious person myself. I think angels are something I wish existed.
ohhh. that makes sense. do you think they're like guardian angels, or maybe dead relatives watching over you? or that they arent even beings in their own right? or do you just not know/care? : )
all of the above and more! I am agnostic in the sense that I dont even really try to determine what it specifically means to me. I just somehow overtime developed that idea and it stuck, in the shadows of my mind.
why is gods existence more plausible that that of angels? or unicorns, for that matter? i'm not trying to be sarcastic or mean, i really am curious as to what you believe.
Somebody's idea of angels could be your idea of the spirit in all. for example! different definitions for all. Im very Pagan myself.
ahhh. makes sense. do you believe the god and goddess made the world, and are actual beings? or do you believe they are theoretical entities?
A creator is plausible because we have not yet answered the question of origin. No more plausible than a random chemical reaction. Personally I believe we are part of a universally connected energy, humans have developed intelligence with the ability to coincide with nature... we may either destruct or build up - the choice being the outcome of our civilization. The purpose is the evolution to an eventual perfectly evolved being... and then evolution into the next plane of existence. Angels as the bible tells them are highly unlikely... an energy linked to the creator that responds to the energy we give off - effecting events we would otherwise not effect... much more plausible.
I believe the goddess is represnted by the moon and the god, the sun. i believe that they just wonder the earth they helped create. As eddie izzard once said "God's just a hippie in a carravan out in space. He fucked something up on his hot plate and came the big bang"
I've seen a lot in the world, and so far. I think we're on our own. No devils to hinder us, and no angels beckon. The universe is a luke warm infinite abyss. Theres a lot more to figure out this way I think.
