Hey, I have to say that I really love the movie Forrest Gump.. such a greal melancholic movie, great actors and wonderful story..!
Such an awesome movie. Tom Hanks was just brillant as the ever lovely Forrest Gump who just didn't get it but him and Jenny were peas and carrots. It's a great movie, indeed.
I love that movie! Its one of the few that I can watch over and over. I like the way Bubba says, "Shrimpin'." And its so touching when he meets his son and he gets all choked up.

i saw it in the theatre and it was awesome on the big screen. I don't think anyone coulda played Lt. Dan better than Gary Sinise, he did a kickass job!!!
I think it's a great movie! It came out when I was young, so the first few times I watched it, it was hard to follow and I didn't get everything, but as I got older, I related better knowing more history and thought all the reality was well integrated with the fiction. I love Forrest's way of saying "choc-lates" it's so cute. And, I definitely relate to Jenny and her wishes when she was a little girl, only I didn't often run away. The "Have a Nice Day" scene was brilliant! It would take very long to comment on every little thing I liked, but as I already said, wonderful movie!
Ok this is an old thread too open again...but i'm just around hipforums...and I've just got too say that it's a great movie!! I have it in my (small) dvd collection...it's briliant, it got everything in it. Haha and then he invested it in somekind of fruitcompany...hilarious!!
