Logically, the only way to enact a fascist state would be to begin total anarchy to overthrow the existing government then install a new one? So in its essence anarchy is the solution to breaking down a democratic government?

The 2 most famous fascist states, Germany and Italy didn't start that way, hell the nazi party was elected to power.

So your saying if an american public wanted fascism they'd have to elect it in? i highly disagree, anarchy would also remove anyone who currently has positions in government so they couldn't mess with a new government.... anarchy destroys a government so you can build it from the ground up

Actually, you will find that anarchism has always been closely linked with communism and socialism. They use the anarchists as revolutionaries to overthrow the existing order so they can bring in their dictatorship. Karl Marx and Mikhail Bakunin both belonged to the same Masonic lodge.

The anarchists even today are used as agent provocateurs to justify police and military action, as they did during the Seattle riots in 1999.

You do realize that the Hegelian Dialectic was a theory created by a Socialist, right?

Of course I do! It was developed by Freidrich Hegel. How could I NOT know that? So what's your point? Actually the dialectic is really a lot older than Hegel, but he made it into a philosophy and basically popularized it. The Hegelian dialectic is the basis for everything that happens today politically, geopolitically, and in many other areas. It is based on the idea that change can only come out of chaos (order out of chaos). If you want to move the people in a certain, pre-determined direction, you have to create the crisis so they will accept the change as envisoned by those who created the crisis with that particular outcome in mind.

Why would a socialist explain world socialistic dominance?

Why would a socialist explain socialism's evil plans to conquer the world for all theorists and philosophers and the public to know about and prevent from happening?

Most Marxists don't even know what the dialectic is or what its full implications are, let alone the bulk of the general public.

Lol, anarchy is used, essentially to build a government?
You really need to look into what it actually is.
