Found you people a nice website I think.. " Jesus Radicals is a Christian Anarchist resource... Anarchism is a rich and powerful critique of modern society that Christians have at our fingertips. We do not wish to confuse Christianity with anarchism but we do believe that when Christianity is lived rightly it looks a lot like anarchism. The two are not the same thing but that does not mean they are mutually exclusive. ... These resources are meant to break apart misconceptions and to educate Christian and non-Christian alike as to the practical steps that anarchism offers us in creating a more just and peaceful world right now, and in our FAQ the truthfulness that a radically orthodox Christian theology offers this world, which are all things every follower of Jesus is called to do as a work of mercy. " Very interested in your thoughts on the subject!
I was once an Anarchist Then i realized that it was just a myth self goverment will never work because people do bad things
If man asks for many laws it is only because he is sure that his neighbor needs them; privately he is an unphilosophical anarchist, and thinks laws in his own case superfluous - Will Durant
Venerable topic. Personally, I prefer to use the word "libertarian-socialist", due to the negative connotations that have been attached by modern-day society to the word "anarchist". Plus: it's adoption by insidious and vulgar 'anarcho-capitalists' gives me further reason to choose a (in some respects) more specific term. The clarification is often worth the somewhat-increased verbosity, in my view. It seems to me that the "Kingdom of God" alluded to in the bible is largely synonymous with anarchism. If I have the time, I could go further and offer my opinion on salient passages from the Book of Daniel if you want! Up to you! I haven't had a chance to read much on that site; but I'd love to hear your own views on the issue. P.S. I like that quote by Will Durant by the way.
